I was about to answer that I’m not aware of any accessibility issues with or without Shadow Dom but to be honest, I just don’t know enough the subject to answer you, sorry.

I think I once read some articles about it, which of course I can’t find anymore, which claimed that Shadow or not Shadow Dom, screen readers handles the all Dom in any case. I also remember reading that the most important is that the :host exposes the attributes which are useful for the accessibility, but that’s all I vaguely remember and therefore you should not take this for granted or neither correct.

The contrary, I would be really happy if you could actually correct me or tell me more about the subject. Maybe with an article about it 😉
